Humanitarian Assistance and Mines Removal Organization (HAMRO) mission is offering the effective and efficient civil services including mine actin activities, as well as agricultural and irrigation services to the people of Afghanistan with support of donors and through employment of its qualified and experienced staff.
HAMRO with help of the donors has the plan to integrate the mine action into other related development projects in order from one side to contribute to the safety of the people and on the other hand to facilitate the development projects and programs and to improve livelihood of the communities’ people.

Humanitarian Assistance and Mines Removal Organization (HAMRO) has been registered in Afghanistan since July 2023 based on its license Number 5830 received from the Government of Afghanistan, ministry of economic as a non-governmental and non-profit organization, to provide humanitarian and development services to the needy people of the society with a special focus on youths, regardless of political, ethnic and linguistic tendencies. with the intention to support rehabilitation and development in Afghanistan through achieving a set of already planned objectives and associated activities as outlined under the “HAMRO’s services” throughout the country. The organization has been accredited by the Directorate of Mine Action Coordination-DMAC. HAMRO has also been registered in UNGM. The UNGM number is 977041.
